    I applied this, with some cleanups to devkbmap.
    I created /sys/lib/kbmap/mouse-fn for the function
    keys, and I want to create /sys/lib/kbmap/mouse-csa
    for the ctl,start,alt map but I can't figure out 
    why your patch is missing Kmouse|4.

	Could you please test the code and let me know?
